Brand creation

BMC have a wealth of experience within their team and a proven track record within the ever-growing oil & gas sector.

Recruitment firms come in all shapes and sizes and we were thrilled to be asked to work with BMC Appointments.

The project started with brand creation, where we worked closely with BMC to create their brand identity and values. From here we developed a range of printed materials, which was followed by a new online presence.

Giving insight

Before designing and developing the website, we utilized parallax scrolling to create BMC an interesting holding page.

Instead of just the usual paragraph of copy and contact information, we gave users insight into the company, their areas of expertise, location and contact details and space for the user to register their interest.

With the brand firmly in place, we could then concentrate efforts on the delivery of a fully responsive website, which was delivered in May 2014 and allows users to search and apply for jobs across the UK within various specialist industries.

A scalable delivery

BMC are a very ambitious company and we have already began looking at how their brand can apply to other sectors or offerings.

The new site works seamlessly with other marketing activities, and is scalable enough to grow with the company in the coming months and years.

Since the launch of the websites conversion has been very positive and the site receives 20% of users via a mobile platform.
