Landform Surveys is a Newcastle-based geographical surveying company providing specialised services such as topographic surveys to a range of sectors across the UK. We were enlisted to deliver an end-to-end design, development and digital marketing project in an effort to completely renew their online image, and raise their profile.

We were keen to mirror Landform’s use of traditional and newer technologies in our development of the site, which resulted in a classic, easily navigated design that maximises the impact of photography collected by the Landform team themselves. Working with a fantastic photographer (and good friend of ours) John Donoghue, we were able to produce a range of stunning photography to populate the site with.

We launched Landform’s site with three news stories and an email newsletter. After all, what’s the point in creating a brilliant site if you’re not going to shout about it? As part of our ongoing relationship with Landform, we deliver a digital marketing service designed to increase visitors to their site (and subsequently; conversions), as well as push the level of relevant content on their site.

Following the launch of the site in May 2016 through to August 2016, we increased traffic on the website by 85% through the digital marketing channels highlighted above. We have also increased their site visibility in Google by 68%; a number which only continues to grow.

The team at Cargo were easy to work with and I’m pleased with the result of my new website. They were able to understand what we needed from the project and were knowledgeable throughout the build. We've continued to work with them on digital marketing which has helped make my website more visible and increase enquiries.
