Working as part of our leadership and management team, Kirsty leads our finance and HR functions with a balance of strategic thinking and a people-first focus whilst setting budgets, analysing performance and guiding business decisions.
With a background that spans law, hospitality management and senior roles within barristers’ chambers, Kirsty brings a wealth of experience and unique perspective to the team. That blend of legal knowledge, operational insight, and leadership shapes how she approaches her role and the decisions that help drive the business forward.
