Caitlin is a Junior Design Partner at Cargo, balancing creative design work with managing projects and client relationships. She works across a wide range of design projects, delivering outcomes for both print and web, while collaborating closely with clients and the team in the studio to ensure every project meets expectations.
Caitlin graduated from the University of Lincoln with a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design. She gained early industry experience during a placement at a London agency, then returned to the North East, honing her people skills in a brief stint behind a bar before joining Cargo in her first full-time agency role.
At Cargo, Caitlin has become a versatile member of the team, bringing creativity, organisation, and a client-focused approach to every project she touches.
