We have moved offices multiple times, developed our service offering, including our new, in-house digital PR service and built our team to consist of creatives in brand, digital and marketing.
Over the past year, our focus has been on investing in good people. This has been central to our growth as an agency, with seven new hires joining our team since the end of 2024. From a dedicated Client Partner to an in-house PR specialist, each team within Cargo has moved from strength to strength to build on opportunities and respond to the constantly changing modes of technology in our sector.
The industry is evolving fast, and we’ve always chosen to adapt rather than resist change. AI is transforming every part of the creative sector, and by learning to use it to our advantage, we’re strengthening what we do best, which is deliver creative solutions that drive real results.
New additions to the development team have strengthened the studio’s output and enhanced our ability to scale our digital offering without compromising quality. This investment has helped us meet the growing demand for new projects and client referrals, but it has also led to the launch of our brand-new website.
We’re all about creative excellence, technical skill and building genuine partnerships with our clients. These values are just some of the aspects that are important to how we approach the range of projects we work on. We’ve built a strong and talented team around these values, and that focus has brought us to where we are today.
Over the last 16 years, we have collaborated with hundreds of clients across the UK and globally.
Some of our long-standing clients include Northern Powergrid, Perspective Financial Group and Ward Hadaway, all of whom have recently increased their output with us. Our international footprint continues to grow too, as we have added No Grey Area, Echelon and Elms Marketing to our roster.
We have also forged new client relationships in recent times, including with the Alan Shearer Foundation, who we supported in launching a new rebrand, something which helped them surpass an incredible £7 million fundraising milestone. Other new clients include environmental and surveying experts Lucion Group and procurement specialists NHC Procurement.
At Cargo, our clients span several industries – from finance and law to fitness and mental health, our roster is broad and continues to grow in different sectors.
To celebrate our 16th birthday, as well as several other wins this year – from hiring new team members to moving into Harbour House – we brought our staff, clients, suppliers and collaborators together in our new home for a night filled with good food, good music and good people.
We held the event to celebrate our successes over 16 years in business and to thank our staff, clients, friends and family for supporting us on our journey. It was an excellent night dedicated to reminiscing, connecting and planning for the future of Cargo.
