It was an honour to be approached by the Institute of Aviators Charitable Trust to create a one off brochure of which its purpose was to attract funding and donations from blue-chip companies around the globe. The brochure was to contain a full background of the charity and how its carefully selected target audience could help to meet the charities aims and objectives for the future.
Stef Zicchi, founder of this unique charity left us with the following thought - "We require a brochure that will WOW our target audience when it lands on their desk".

Cargo were privileged to be given such a bespoke and important brief which allowed us to get our creative juices flowing. We had a vision of how we could create not just a brochure but more a stunning object that contained the important copy and information. This was our biggest challenge and throughout the project had to think ahead.
Some months prior to receiving this project, Cargo were commissioned to create the brand identity for the IOA Charitable Trust so we understood the charities philosophy. This helped us to develop and create a stunning brochure which in the end was constructed using 6 different suppliers (a project in itself).
We used a combination of textured cloth, block foiling, packaging techniques, ribbon, book binding, print and of course, well designed internal pages to fulfill the brief.
As with all our projects we fully enjoyed working on this project and conquering the challenges that come along with it.
