Cargo were instructed by Katrina Thom Residential - a residential sales and letting agent based in Newcastle to create a brand that stood out from a large crowd of competitors. An important factor of the brief was to create a contemporary identity.

Cargo began their design and development around the T board used to mark a property that is for sale or to let etc. This was vital for brand recognition through the public's (target audience) eye.
Together with a bold and complimentary colour palate and a carefully selected typeface a brand was created that fulfilled the clients expectations.
In addition we also created a strap line to compliment the identity; 'The key to property'.
