Jill Moore Select Properties - an up-market estate and letting agent based in the North East, commissioned Cargo to create and develop a website for their new business venture. This was based on the back of us creating a successful brand identity for them.
It was essential to the client that their website worked seamlessly with the likes of 'Rightmove', Glow Brix' and 'Find a Property', the leading property search websites within the UK.

Our first challenge was to design a user friendly website interface that appealed to the upper end of the property market. Our second challenge was taking into account the required advanced functionality of the website required by our client.
We love a challenge here at Cargo and our team set to work. The interface design uses a gold and black colour palate to reflect the brand we previously designed and the content reflects the personal service on offer by Jill Moore Select Properties. A sophisticated website image/interface was created.
The Content Management System (CMS) was then developed to work around the design and functionality of the website. To make things even more challenging, along with the client, we made the decision to integrate a third party software to manage the property portfolio which sent the all important live feeds to Rightmove etc. Our CMS, third party software and the interface were developed to work seamlessly with one another.
The overall result is a watertight, easy to manage and maintain website, with the following functionality:
- Live feeds to well known property search engines.
- Property detail images and information.
- Featured properties.
- Property search functionality.
- Pin point accuracy, property location maps.
- Self generating Energy Performance Charts.
- PDF generation.
- Arrange a viewing online.
- Mail this property to a friend.
- Fully editable page content (images and text).
...and of course a strong online presence generating more leads and sales!
