Through recommendation Cargo were approached by Town Centre Citroen (TCC), one of the largest Citroen dealerships with the region, to create a new website for their dealership.
Their existing site was looking tried, out of date and was costing them a large amount of money per month to maintain through their existing website provider. They required a solution to resolve these issues particularly the latter.

After Cargo's first initial meeting with TCC we quickly saw the need to offer them a bespoke and advanced Content Management System (CMS) which would allow them to mange their website internally.
The bespoke CMS system we developed instantly disregarded the need for any additional third party costs for maintaining their website. This also gave them full control over the vast amount of content and products on their website. Another key benefit to TCC was that the system allowed their marketing department to react immediately to any changes or updates required amending any deals, special offers, price changes and used vehicles to name but a few.
Not only was the CMS created but it also needed to work seamlessly with the website itself (user interface). There was a large amount of content and messages to communicate to TCC's customers that good design was vital. As with all of our websites we applied a user friendly interface to both the design and to the functionality of the website.
Once the new site became live to the public TCC saw a huge increase in online visitors and sales within the first three months. Used car sales generated via the website rose by approximately 30%and new car sales by 10%. Both TCC and Cargo were very proud of these results.
Off the back of creating this website Cargo were delighted to be given the brief to re-brand Town Centre Citroen. This brand is now in place and is used throughout all of TCC's marketing materials of which we also create.
